Evaluation

Increasingly, evaluation is becoming stressed both for programs themselves as well as their staff and administrators. Good evaluation not only allows you to assess if you are meeting your immediate goals, but if used in a longitudinal format, can also provide true measures of long – term community impacts and as the potential to highlight actual economic and resource development as it is occurring in our target regions of service.

Provided below is the initial evaluation form as well as the 6 month and 12 month follow-up forms for this learning module. .

Initial form

6 month follow- up form

12 month follow- up form

The link below will take you to the facilitator’s evaluation form that helps in better preparing the National Extension E-Commerce Initiative in tracking the use of learning modules as well as discovering if the adaption of the submitted learning modules to the extension education environment is working. The few minutes that you take to complete it will not only be greatly appreciated, but will allow us to recognize your community as a site of implementation and program progress.

If you any questions or problems regarding your site or facilitators evaluation please contact shannont@srdc.msstate.edu for assistance.
