About the Authors

Sarah Roth is a senior extension associate in the Department of Agricultural Economics and Rural Sociology at The Pennsylvania State University. Sarah's extension education programs are targeted to custom operators and value-added agricultural producers, particularly dairy producers.

Jeff rey Hyde is an associate professor of agricultural economics in the Department of Agricultural Economics and Rural Sociology at The Pennsylvania State University. Jeff 's research and extension education programs focus on enhancing farm profitability through improved managerial ability.

Ellie Hollabaugh Vranich is an assistant business manager at Hollabaugh Bros. Inc. This work was completed while she was an undergraduate student studying agribusiness management at The Pennsylvania State University. One of her responsibilities is managing the company's website.
