This particular website provides two results:

• Related searches that include your term
• Estimated number of times that term was searched on last month

In August 2006 the term “goat cheese” was searched for most often. However, there are a number of other phrases that were also used for searches. Depending on the purpose and content of your website you may want to consider utilizing those terms as keyword phrases.
