Grocery & Specialty
Food Retailers
This course focuses on information technology used in food businesses, with an emphasis on Internet applications of IT.  Specifically, information geared towards two types of businesses: grocery and specialty food retailers.

The goals for this course are greater awareness of the role information technology plays, or could play, in your business activities, exposure to several options for using Internet technology in the food retailing business, and helping with plans for adopting or refocusing uses of Internet-centered technology.

This learning module will help you begin to analyze how information technologies currently are used in or influence your business; what are some effective uses of e in food businesses and how you might use this technology to meet your future business goals.
