Adding the e to your business adds some additional expertise requirements. You can learn all the skills yourself or you can add some additional resource people to help. Either way, adding the e requires adding new types of know how.

power of e Any good business technology assessment is going to start with looking at the internal knowledge you already have available. Think about the technology skills of your employees. Think about the skills that you have. Do you have a technically savvy group? Do you have adequate computer skills for learning how to create and manage a Web site, online auction or financial service? Do you have culture of independent workers or one with the sharing and collaboration that will be necessary to make the new technology work?

Please take your time on the assessment tools below. Much of your long – term success and the implementation cost of adding the e to your businesses will be determined by the skills you currently have and the skills that you will need.

So let’s take another the e timeout and audit e time outyour IT strengths and weaknesses.
