Shared Leadership

The purpose of this program was to enable Extension educators to understand the value of a shared leadership approach for organizational capacity. Content included understanding the nature of shared leadership, its key elements, team-based decision-making as a key tool in linking shared leadership and organizational capacity, and how shared leadership is different from other leadership approaches for capacity building.
Managing Community Conflict
November 29, December 6 and December 13, 2007
The purpose of this program was to enable Extension educators to deal more effectively with community conflict. Content included understanding the nature of community conflict, Extension educators’ roles, interpersonal conflict management skills, and building collaborative efforts to deal with controversial issues.
