Registration

The registration fee for the Institute is $150.  This registration fee will cover printing, speaker costs, and other costs associated with the Institute.  All participants should complete the form below, print it and mail it with their check (make the check payable to the University of Tennessee) to:

Participants will be responsible for their own room and meal expenses.  Rooms costs are $65 per night, and meals are estimated to total $15 per day. (A continental breakfast will be provided.)
