Purpose

This nonprofit board and staff training course provides participants with the means and models to operate successfully in today's environment. The course is designed to show the best practices for operating nonprofit and voluntary organizations efficiently and effectively in a changing society.

The sessions contain short presentations supported by PowerPoint and audiovisual displays. Each session will include hands-on activity to include informal discussion, case study activities, role-play exercises, and decision-making activities to illustrate key points.
