	This workshop will focus on two RCCI initiatives at the Pueblo of Zuni and the Navajo Nation. The first part of the presentation will discuss how small business owners in Zuni united and worked with UNMG/RCCi to address business retention and expansion issues with the tribal government. The second part of the presentation will focus on how grassroots community leaders and elders from four Navajo chapter communities formed the Ch'ooshgai Rural Development Association to address community economic development issues in their region. This presentation will address the importance of using the "VISION TO ACTION" model developed by MDC as a "tool" for change in community economic development.
