This presentation will build off the original site visit to SWTJC done by Stephen Katsinas in September 1995 for the Ford Foundation. Katsinas will present his original work from 1995, and Chris Thomas will present his findings from a site visit in May 2002. The current president of the college, Ismael Sosa, will also be a member of the panel to assist with the presentation.
