Registration Information

Registration is limited to the first 150 applicants. Additional registrations will be accepted on a space-available basis. The registration deadline is Monday, April 10.

Cancellation Policy
You may transfer your conference registration to another person within your organization at anytime by notifying Emily Shaw via email (emilye@srdc.msstate.edu). If you must cancel, please notify Emily Shaw via email by April 17 at which time a refund for the registration amount, less a $50 cancellation fee, will be processed. Cancellations made after April 17 as well as "no-shows" are liable for the full registration fee.

The $125 registration fee includes:

  • Conference materials
  • Monday evening reception
  • Lunch on Tuesday
  • Morning and afternoon refreshments during the conference
  • Meeting facility
