					  Marketing Food Specialty Products Online
 The purpose  of this learning module is to assist food retailers in making decisions  on the use of online technologies in their marketing and management  planning strategies. To do this the module covers a general businesses  assessment, an overview of how food retailing is already benefiting  from the use of technology and a glimpse at what strategies could be  possible within the context of a cost benefit analysis. The information  provided was adapted to the online environment by the National  e-Commerce Extention Initiative team with the support of the Southern Rural  Development Center.
