Announcing the Delta Scholars Program (DSP) Cohort!
With the Shackouls Honors College, we’re excited to welcome 12 exceptional students from 8 institutions across 5 states! Over 8 months, they’ll engage in the Summer Research Institute, Delta Innovation Tour, and the Boston Conference. Led by Dr. Kecia R. Johnson and Professor Eleanor M. Green, with assistance from Dr. John J. Green and collaborators from several institutions, DSP connects scholars with community leaders, researchers, and others through the Delta Directions Consortium. Alumni have pursued top programs, fellowships, and impactful careers! Join us in celebrating this group of outstanding students ready to lead and create meaningful change!!

WEBINAR: Future Directions for Rural Population Research to Inform Decision: Findings from Listening Sessions
The Rural Population Research Network (RPRN) conducted virtual national listening sessions in an effort to identify the issues diverse rural stakeholders see as their top priorities for understanding rural population change. In this webinar, RPRN researchers will share findings from the listening sessions and how these insights are being used to inform future research and Extension endeavors. Please join us on February 25 at 2:00 PM (CT)/3:00 PM (ET) for the webinar, “Future Directions for Rural Population Research to Inform Extension: Findings from Listening Sessions.” Researchers from the Rural Population Research Network will present findings from their national listening session of rural stakeholders.
