As your checklist suggest, you might want to start with one month. Think about what types of processes you could have completed in one month. Will research take up most of your time? Will your plan require Web site changes? Do you plan on making Web site changes yourself or do you have to hire a Web designer to make your changes for you? All things considered, creating your timeline will become clearer as we work through some of the questions, research, changes and updates that are required to make a successful global business expansion.
