- It is important to remember that that the e-mail address will be a key image that you will present to the public and potential buyers.
- Chose the address very carefully so that it suggest the nature of the products or something about your business.

- Your business email should not carry inappropriate innuendo or attempt to be funny or hostile, or suggest an association with another company or business.

- Once obtained, the e-mail account should be included in all your business related communications so that people interested in the product or business will know how to contact you.

- As people learn of your e-mail address, you should plan to check the address at least once per week. One solution may be to team with a trusted friend who may have easier access to the Internet.
