Module 3: Business Planning and Market Research on the Internet
Developing and implementing a plan for your business is one of the smartest things you can do. Sure, a written business plan may be required by a lender or any one else that may provide funding, such as some grant programs, but its value as a business management tool is immeasurable. If developed carefully, your plan should maximize the probability of success in your business venture. This module provides a discussion on business planning, including marketing research, and how you might incorporate Internet and e-commerce components into your plan.
