Development of Experiential Web sites
This assessment tool provides a systematic way to evaluate and improve the 3Is of your business Web site, to better contribute to the 4Es, and to reinforce value from the 4Ps of the business.

The multimedia aspects of the Interface should capture the same experience, or subject matter, focused on in the Information text (see Table 5.2). Instead of writing about the experience, the experience is captured through multimedia features. A picture is worth a thousand words. Whereas the firm creates most of the multimedia aspects of the Web site, customers may also be a source of images for the site. For instance, some sites ask their customers to contribute digital images taken when visiting the location or attending special events.
