Do you wish you had more customers and more sales?
How confident are you that marketing strategies are working?

Question: What is marketing?
Answer: Everything you do on behalf of your business

Make a list of all the things that you do to market your artisan business.

Do you have a marketing plan?

If you answer, “I don’t know” you are not alone.

However, without a plan for how the online site will enhance business, it is impossible to
make any predictions.

Artisans need to plan ahead to prevent costly surprises.

Before you can build a marketing plan or create a Web site you must first do your homework.
