Development of Experiential Web sites
This assessment tool provides a systematic way to evaluate and improve the 3Is of your business Web site, to better contribute to the 4Es, and to reinforce value from the 4Ps of the business.

Table 5.1 shows how the subject matter, source, and style of expression vary with each of the 4Es. Examples are provided in the following pages. After reviewing these examples, the business operator should examine the Information of their own site using the Development of Experiential Web sites Assessment Tool (linked to the right).
