• Has your community established vision and mission statements?
• How will our project help achieve the vision or implement the mission?

Use the questions above as a guide for your planning. The responses should yield some key words and phrases that will help with the site design down the road.

Facilitator Tip: As you are brainstorming answers to these questions, try to keep the thinking broad. It can be easy for committees to get into too much detail.
