• Content is limited by the resources available (both time and money).
• No site will ever be perfect. Expect to compromise.

Conventional wisdom in website design is that you have any two legs of the triangle but never all three. For example you can have a high-quality site that is developed quickly, but it will not be inexpensive. Likewise, you might be able to get a high-quality site that is inexpensive, but it will take time (maybe lots of it) to complete.

Given your budget constraints and your timeline you will have to choose which two characteristics best fit your needs.
